Mr. Rogers is known for his personal commitment to clients. He understands that legal matters are stressful and upsetting to clients, so he and a very able staff are constantly available to answer clients' questions and to address their concerns.
Mr. Rogers is very active professionally. He is the past president of the Roanoke Bar Association, and he has served in various leadership roles in the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia Bar Association, and the Virginia State Bar. He is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar Family Law Section's Board of Governors, the Virginia Bar Association's Domestic Relations Council, and the Virginia Family Law Coalition.
Mr. Rogers is also active in the Roanoke community where he has lived for almost 50 years. He has served on the boards of Foundation for Roanoke Valley and Total Action Against Poverty, and as president of the board of the Conflict Resolution Center.
Mr. Rogers is a graduate of Washington & Lee University (B.A. 1979), and an honors graduate of its law school (J.D. 1984).
